3 Square Meters LLC was founded by Hakan Ozkasikci, MSc.Arch. - ultra-luxury hospitality strategist, development advisor and trusted owner representative.
With more than three decades of international experience across 36 countries throughout Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia, Hakan has contributed to some of the world’s most distinguished hospitality and residential projects, including developments associated with the Aman and One&Only brands. His work emphasizes timeless relevance, contextual sensitivity and the creation of environments that balance sophistication with authenticity.
He holds a Master of Science in Architecture from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, where his research focused on sustainable models for boutique and independent luxury hospitality developments. Hakan also holds a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University and is affiliated with the Turkish Chamber of Architects and the Design Management Institute (DMI).
Recognized as a thought leader and a leading voice for the hospitality industry, Hakan has been an active attendee at prominent international hospitality events as a keynote speaker and moderator. He is also a loyal pupil of classical motorcycling, an experiential cook, and is currently penning his first book chronicling his adventures around the globe.
